Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 5, 2025

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WarrantyPilot's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

WarrantyPilot provides a platform for comparing and purchasing vehicle service contracts and extended warranties from various providers. We do not directly provide warranty coverage but facilitate the connection between customers and warranty providers.

Purchases and Payments

When you purchase a warranty plan through our platform, you are entering into an agreement with the warranty provider, not with WarrantyPilot. We process payments securely and transmit the necessary information to the warranty provider to activate your coverage.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WarrantyPilot and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WarrantyPilot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
